Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions for Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

1. Terms and Conditions

 

  • By placing an order or making a purchase, you accept and agree, that you have read and understood the contents of our terms and conditions as set out below.

  • These terms and Conditions will apply to all goods supplied by Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd, with registered office at 1 Frederick Cooper Drive, Factoria, Krugersdorp, 1739.

 

2. Order Processing Timelines

 

  1. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, for orders above R5 000.00, and full payment for orders below        R5 000.00, the order will be processed. The receipt of your payment will be acknowledgement that you accepted our quote and want to proceed with placing your order. Once the order is completed, the balance payment is required to reflect in our bank account, before collection/delivery.

 

2.2 Pending the above, the following will take place:

 

  • Artwork is required in a vector PDF format, alternatively a high-resolution JPEG not lower than 3MB. We also require your CMYK colour breakdown as all digital printing may have a 5% variant in colour.

  • Our team of professional graphic designers will do a layout for your approval, which will be mailed to you, by your relevant sales representative.

  • Once the signed off approval is received, the order will go into production.

  • Production takes 4-7 working days, from the date, the signed off approval is received.

 

3. Products

 

 Actual products may differ slightly in appearance to images shown.

 

  • All Products supplied are event products and should never be used in harsh weather conditions or as permanent fixtures.

  • All digital printing may have a 5% variant in colour. Please supply us with Pantone Colours. Colour proofs or samples must be provided with a CMYK Colour breakdown. Failing to supply us with the relevant artwork format and CMYK colour breakdown (as per point 2.2 above), we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect colours printed, on any of the products.

 

4. Product Availability and Limitations
 

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of the products, Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Products are subject to stock availability.

 

5. Pricing and Payment
 

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and will be invoiced in (ZAR), the South African currency.

  • Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change prices on products                   displayed, at its own discretion, at any time, due to incorrect pricing or errors, that may inadvertently occur.

  • Quotations/Proforma invoices are valid for 14 days from quotation date, subject to stock   availability.

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the accurate description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of the goods, reflects on the Website. Errors may occur on the website. Should such errors be made unintentionally (and not due to gross negligence), we will not be held liable and reserve the right to rectify these errors.

 

6. Receiving of Goods, Including Damaged, Wrong and Short Delivered Products or items

 

  • Orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days after production is completed. Should there be any unavoidable delay, this will be communicated to the clients, as soon as possible.

  • Once an order leaves our premises, the delivery may be impacted by events beyond Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd’ s control. Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd will liaise closely with the client and the courier company, to ensure a smooth and timeously delivery.

  • All deliveries will require a signature from the client, as proof that the goods were received. If nobody is available at the relevant delivery address, a re-delivery will be made. Should the re-delivery not be successful, the products will be returned to Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd.’s premises (by the courier). If another delivery attempt is required, the additional costs will be for the client’s account and such costs should be settled before the goods are dispatched.

  • All orders should be checked and verified on receipt of goods. Any variation to the order should be reported to Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd (your relevant sales representative), in writing, within 5 days from delivery. Should Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd (relevant sales representative), not receive any notification (in writing), the delivery and products, will be deemed to be in order.

 

 

7. Warranty and Return Procedures
 

7.1 All products sold, have a 1-year factory (walk-in) warranty, (on the hardware), unless otherwise      stated.

7.2 All defective products are subject to an inspection by Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

7.3 The 1-year factory (walk in) warranty will not be honoured and will be void, should the following            apply:

  • Miss use or abuse of the product or item;

  • Any Alterations to the product or item;

  • Should the product or item be used for any purpose other than what it was intended for.

 

7.4  Products returned will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product or item needs to be in its original packaging;

  • The product or item needs to be accompanied by Printagon Branding Solution’s invoice, as proof of purchase.

  • No Returns will be allowed for goods manufactured and printed on order.

  • Once artwork was approved and the product went into production (Re Point 2 above), Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd/Printagon Banner and Flag Online will accept no liability, for any customer claims, of unacceptable products, due to incorrect printing, spelling mistakes, etc.

  • Should the print differ from the approved artwork, Printagon Branding Solutions (Pty) Ltd/Printagon Banner and Flag Online will gladly re-print your order.

 

8. Additional fees

 

  • Should the client wish to cancel an order, a 25% cancellation fee will be levied on confirmed orders, not yet printed. A 100% cancellation fee will apply once printing has commenced.

  • All Cash Deposits will be levied at a rate of 2.75%, with a minimum Fee of R42.52 (Excluding Vat)

  • A Setup fee of R95.00 (Excluding Vat), per order is applicable should the artwork not be print ready. (Templates can be requested.)

  • An Administration fee of R150.00 (Excluding Vat), will be levied for all customer refunds, over and above the cancellation fee.
